New Seated Yoga Video

Hi there! I'm still on hiatus from massage. I sure do miss you, but it's the right thing to do right now.

I miss teaching my chair yoga classes to seniors, too. But, good news, I've created a better seated yoga video for The Tallahassee Senior Center. It's about 53 minutes, higher quality than the previous one, and I have a much lovelier background setting, my beautiful office at The Healing Center.
